Shipping policy

 

Your orders are shipped by Canadian Post and UPS maximum within 2 days after the order, worldwide (see our shipping costs and delivery times by country).

The shipping costs are at your expense and are displayed at the checkout before validation of the order. They are calculated according to the destination and weight of the package and not the package, because our items are of very variable formats and sizes. For international deliveries, please note that any customs and/or VAT charges may be applied on delivery and will be charged directly by your customs department.

In the case of an order with several items in the same basket, the different weights are added together. But it may happen that we are obliged, when packaging your order, to make separate packages is because all the items can not be packaged in a standard parcel post, or to protect as much as possible from possible breakage of the selected products. In these cases, we may contact you to adjust the shipping costs before sending.

We are not responsible for packages stolen during deliveries in case of absence of the recipient. If you want to avoid parcels placed outside by post in your absence, please contact us for deliveries WITH SIGNATURE, but please note that the additional cost of this type of delivery is at your expense.

For the sake of the environment, we use for the shipment of your packages recovered packaging but in perfect condition. But rest assured that the items are perfectly packaged before shipping.
